Terms of Service

I thought it might be interesting to post them here, too. I will mark the most important parts, especially regarding payments and account deletion.

Payout
Your cash balance will be paid via PayPal usually within 7 days once you reach $1.00 (lower limit for upgraded members) and set to zero again. You earn 10% referral commission from your referral's activity.
The email address in your account MUST match the email address at Paypal. If you request payout and the email addresses do not match, the request is cancelled!


PTP Use
You may promote your Referral/PTP link on any other website (including manual traffic exchanges), but NOT within automatic traffic exchanges. If you are caught advertising your Referral link in an automatic traffic exchange, you will loose ALL PTP earnings.


Your account
You are not allowed to create any more than 1 account.
You must provide your correct country of residence. If your IP address does not match the country in your profile, your account might be suspended and eventually deleted if you do not contact us as it is written in the suspended message.
You must provide your correct name, including first and last name, or else your account might be suspended and eventually deleted if you do not contact us as it is written in the suspended message. You will not be paid if any of this information is incorrect.


False Representing
We do not tolerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals.


Cheating
With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to forfeit all earnings and possibly even ban the user from our network. Cheating would include any of the following:
Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking (= bot).
Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfiere with our system.


Cheat Checks
Various Cheat Checks are in place on our system designed to catch those who cheat the system. These include among others things, bot detectors, and a series of questions which must be answered properly. Bot detectors delete accounts automatically. You will be permitted 15 misses on the cheat check questions and then your account will be deleted. IT CAN NOT BE REACTIVATED! Once an account is deleted, we cannot recover it! (Well, I am human and you might try to send me a nice email)

Spam
We do not believe in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates and issues with the site.


Inactive Accounts
If your account has been inactive for more than 60 days, your account will be deleted and your earnings will be cleared.


Advertising Terms
-- The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
-- The website must not contain any frame breakers.
-- The website must be English, French or German. If your site is not English, it is advised to target your ads to users that understand French and/or German.
-- The website must not contain or promote any viruses
-- The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
-- The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit
-- The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows.
-- The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms.


Subject to change
This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
